ABOUT MEDCAP
Medcap is a provider-based real estate development firm partnering with medical practices and physician family offices to take the hassle out of developing, owning and managing medical and life science facilities.
Well before property is purchased, a location has to be selected, physician groups must be organized and funding arranged. We've designed Medcap to seemlessly bring the whole process together and we have the experience to make sure it happens.
Medcap’s site analysis team is currently identifying premier locations for medical and life sciences facilities in the Dallas, Fort Worth, Waco and Austin markets.

BENEFITS OF PHYSICIAN OWNERSHIP OF BUILDINGS
It’s getting more and more difficult for independent providers to survive in today’s healthcare environment. Reimbursements are down and expenses are up.
Owning real estate has been a valuable part of wealth creation for decades, and owning medical real estate is one of the top segments in real estate thriving even through the pandemic.
When you own your own real estate, you control how your building is designed, how it works and how it is maintained.
As a physician, the case is clear that there are few, if any, better investment opportunities than owning your own medical building but the process is not easy.
Most practices don't have the expertise or the time to develop real estate on their own. Medcap was founded to partner with medical practices, physicians and physicians family offices to bridge this gap.
THE MEDCAP APPROACH
OUR APPROACH
IS DIFFERENT
Because we've been there, our Medcap team understands the challenges practice leaders face in building their own facilities. Unfortunately, neither commercial realtors or real estate developers understand the level of commitment and energy it takes to organize physicians and their practices into a cohesive group - ready to build.
We do.
